Tashell Jenkins is a trusted legal advisor with over a decade of experience at the intersection of education law, employment and labor relations, and civil rights compliance. She has built her career advising both public and private institutions on navigating complex legal frameworks, conducting high-stakes investigations, and designing proactive policies that promote equity, mitigate risk, and ensure organizational integrity.


Tashell has led high-impact investigations into violations of Title VI, ADA, Title IX, and Section 504, and negotiated nationally recognized resolution agreements with major institutions.
